Assad forces trying to run psychological operation with YPG in Syria’s Manbij, Erdoğan says

Syrian regime forces are attempting to run a mental operation in Manbij by saying they went into the town and took control of control of it, but absolutely nothing is specific yet according to Turkish intelligence and Russian officials, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said Friday.

Erdoğan’s remarks came after the People’s Protection Units (YPG) stated it had actually invited Assad’s routine “to send its militaries to take over” the positions they had actually withdrawn from and “protect Manbij in the face of Turkish risks.”

Speaking to reporters after the Friday prayers in Istanbul, Erdoğa stated he might hold talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow or Sochi with concerns to developments in Syria after a Turkish delegation’s scheduled check out Saturday.

Commenting on the imminent Turkish anti-terror operation versus the PKK’s Syrian branch the YPG, Erdoğa highlighted that when terrorist organizations leave northern Syria, Turkey will have absolutely nothing to do there.

” In the existing scenario, we are still supporting the integrity of Syrian soil. These areas belong to Syria.”

Nevertheless, he asserted that Turkey’s objective was to teach the YPG/PKK horror group a lesson and was determined to make it take place.

“It’s not almost Manbij, we are aiming to wipe out all terrorist organizations in the region. Our main target is that the YPG takes the needed lesson here,” Erdoğa stated.
